My Story
I founded Marè Blu through both professional experience and lived leadership — navigating growth, responsibility, transition, and the real challenges that come with leading people and building something meaningful.
My background in business and organizational psychology shapes how I approach leadership development, grounded in how people actually behave, communicate, and work together. With over 15 years of experience working alongside leaders and teams in fast-paced, people-centered environments, my work bridges practical leadership with a deep understanding of human dynamics.
Marè Blu — Italian for blue sea — was inspired by the ocean’s ability to steady, restore, and create space for movement and growth. That influence shows up in how I work: creating space for reflection, supporting clarity through change, and helping leaders and teams move forward with intention rather than pressure.
My approach is further shaped by rigorous coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and DiSC certification. These foundations allow me to support leaders and teams in building self-awareness, strengthening communication, and navigating differences in ways that are practical, grounded, and lasting.
